| 摘 要： | 基于协同学理论，以问卷调查资料为基础，对企业内部创新协同机制及其影响要素进行了实证分析。结果显示，战略、文化、组织、制度、技术等5个因素对创新协同绩效有显著影响。研究结论为企业有效地开展创新工作提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the synergetic theory and surveyed data,this paper analyzed the innovation synergy and its influential factors inside enterprise.The results show that strategic,culture,organization,system and technology are critical influential factors to the performance of innovation synergy.The results of this paper provide a theory support for the innovation work of enterprise. |
