| Abstract: | As a law, the library law should deal with the basic theory issue firstly. Starting with the basic connotation, aim, use and task of the library law, this paper studies the nature of Chinese library law in detail. The author points out that, the legal status and the corresponding content of the library law could be determined only after the library law standard is defined. |
