| 摘 要： | 为了更好的落实“军民融合”政策，推动国防科技工业技术优势和地方区域优势相结合，在与地方政府开展区域科技合作中进行了多种军民融合发展模式的探索，通过这些合作模式，有效地帮助地方政府培育现代科技产业、加快推进军民两用技术的转移转化。
