| 摘 要： | 高等学校工作中，教学和科研是两大基本职能，也是互为促进的两方面。根据地方师范大学的特点，本文探索了以科研优势提高教学质量的途径，主要从以科研活动提升教师综合素质、以科研优势彰显办学特色、以科研环境促进创造性实践教学以及建立多元化的评价体系等四个方面进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Teaching and scientific research that promotes each other are considered as two major functions of the university management. This paper explores the approaches in enhancing the teaching quality by infiltrating the advantages of scientific research into teaching. And the practices are focused on the following four asi~ects： promoting the comprehensive quality of the teacher through the scientific i＇esearch, revealing the teaching characteristics through the advantages of scientific.researching, promoting innovative practical teaching through the environment of scientific researching and establishing a diverse evaluation system. |
