| 摘 要： | 政府门户网站经过十多年的发展，服务能力越来越强，已经成为政府与公众联系的重要载体，在服务型政府建设中发挥着重要作用。目前政府门户网站的发展又步入了一个关键时期，面临着大好的发展机遇，也面临政府职能转变的挑战。如何把握机遇，建设好服务型政府门户网站，是我们面临的一个重要课题。文章就政府门户网站的建设，提出几点思考和建议，为新时期政府网站建设出谋划策。

The government portal＇s development has entered a critical period, and also it＇s facing great development opportunities and challenges in the transformation of government functions.
