| 摘 要： | 福州作为海洋大市，海洋资源丰富。近年来，福州市围绕建设海洋经济强市对科技创新的需求，培育和构建福州海洋科技创新体系，提升海洋经济的综合实力，提供了强大的科技支撑，促进了海洋产业快速发展，多项发展指标位居全国前列，但发展中还存在规模偏小，产业偏弱，海洋资源开发深度不够，开发的科技含量不高，海洋人才匮乏，海洋综合管理和协调机制有待完善等问题。本文旨在探讨发展福州海洋科技产业的优势及现状，分析存在的问题和制约因素，提出福州海洋科技产业发展对策措施。

| Abstract: | As a big coastal city, Fuzhou has rich marine resources. In recent years, according to the reguirements from the scientific and technological innovation in buiding powerful city in marine cconomy, Fuzhou cultivates and builds innovation system of marine science and technology, provodes powerful scientific and technological support in raising the comprehensive strength of the marine economy, and boosts the rapid development of marine industry. Some development indicators rank front in contry, while the the development is small scale and weak in industries.There are some problems need to be complete, such as insufficient expoitation of marine resources, low in science and technology content during exploitation, lacking of marine talents, imperfect integrated management and coordination mechanism in marine industry, etc. This paper discusses the advantages and current status of marine science and technology industry, analyzes the existing problems and restricting factors, and proposes the countermeasures on developing the industry of marine science and technology in Fuzhou. |
