| 摘 要： | 研发人员在推动科技创新和成果转化中起着十分关键的作用。企业的竞争力水平取决于其研发人员产出的质量和数量及其产生的经济效益。因此，研究配置研发人员比例与投入产出比之间的关系就很必要。文章利用挖掘技术中的关联规则，以陕西省“13115”创新工程设立的工程技术研究中心为例进行研究，分析其研发人员占比与投入产出比之间的关系，揭示了投入产出值最大时的最优研发人员比例。

| Abstract: | R＆D personnel plays a key role in the promotion of technological innovation and achievements transformation, The level of competitiveness of enterprises depends on the quality and quantity of output from R＆D, and which generates economic benefits. Therefore, it＇s very necessary to research the relationship between the proportion of R＆D personnel and the ratio of input-output. The paper analyzes the two examples and reveals the optimal proportion of R＆D personnel under the optimal value of maximum input-output ratio, based on the research on Engineering Research Center established by ＂13115＂ Innovation Project of Shaanxi Province through the association rule of date mining technology. |
