| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprise reform is the key point of the reform of the economic structure of our country. Introducing different kinds of economic sectors of ownership in state-owned enterprises such as 3 capitals, stock system, collective and individual, etc. and realizing the multielements of stock rights can basically overcome various disadvantages of original state-owned enterprises and promote the overall change of the managerial mechanism of enterprises, thus reaching the aim of doing well in state-owned enterprises. |
