| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨端粒酶在食管癌组织中表达的情况.方法:采用免疫组织化学染色的方法检测端粒酶在食管癌组织中的表达.结果:端粒酶在食管癌组织中表达的阳性率为66.07%(37/56),端粒酶的表达与食管癌淋巴结有无转移的相关性不明显(P＞0.05),而与食管癌的分化程度有明显的相关性(P＜0.05).结论:在食管癌组织中端粒酶普遍表达.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the significance of the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry is used to detect the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer. Results: The positive rate of telomerase in esophageal cancer was 66.07%(37/56). The expression of the telomerase has no evident relevance to esophageal cancer lymph node, whether it has transfer or not; but it has evident relevance to esophageal cancer differentiation degree. Conclusion: The positive expression of telomerase were found in the expression of telomerase in esophageal cancer. |
