| 摘 要： | 劳伦斯的小说主要从男女关系的独特视角反映了英国资本主义工业文明对人性的压抑和扭曲 ,这是他的小说观决定的。劳伦斯的“小说是生命之书”的观点基本能概括其小说观。他的小说观既与传统的文学理论主要是现实主义文学理论有密切联系 ,又有现代主义反传统的一面 ,尤其是他对性爱是使人类再生的唯一途径的看法 ,世人争议很大。总的说来 ,劳伦斯的小说观是有进步意义的

| Abstract: | Mainly from the unique angle of view of the relationship between men and women, Lawrence's novels reflect the repression and distortion of human nature imposed upon by the English capital industrial civilization , which is decided by his conception of novel. Lawrence's idea that "Novel is the book of life"can basically summarize his conception of novel. His novels are, on one hand, closely related to the traditional literary theory( mainly realism theory ), and on the other hand, have the anti-tradition aspect of modernism, especially his idea that sexual love is the only way to help human being get his rebirth is quite controversial. In a word, Lawrence's conception of novel is of progressive significance. |
