| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出构建和谐社会,其中最基本的一点是人与自然的和谐,山西是全国的能源重化工基寺,人与自然的矛盾相当突出,解决这一矛盾的有效途径是走可持续发展道路,而循环经济是实施可持续的战略手段,所以,构建和谐山西的持续型经济发展模式就必须围绕循环经济这个重点环节来进行。

| Abstract: | The most fundamental point of a "harmonious society" put forward by the 16th NCCPC is the harmony between human and nature.Shanxi is a very important energy base in China,and the conflict between human and nature is very remarkable.To solve this problem,we have to try to obtain sustainable development,and recycling economy is a strategy to achieve this goal.Therefore,recycling economy has to be taken full consideration when we try to develop a suitable economical development pattern for Shanxi. |
