| 摘 要： | 高校院系资料室是图书情报系统的重要组成部分,在教学、科研中具有不可替代的作用。随着高校规模的扩大及网络技术的普及,院系资料室的建设与管理逐渐不能满足发展的需要。院系资料室的改革与发展要求高校重视院系资料室的建设,加大经费投入、理顺管理体制,进一步实现校内资源共享,以期满足新形势发展的需要。

| Abstract: | As an important part of books and information system, the college and university reference rooms play an irreplaceable role in teaching and scientific research. With the scale enlargement of colleges and universities and popularization of the network technology, the construction and management of college and university reference rooms can＇t satisfy the developmental demand gradually. The reform and development of reference rooms need that colleges and universities should attach importance to constructing more reference rooms, investing more funds, rationalizing management system, and realizing resource sharing further, so as to meet the development needs in new circumstances. |
