| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、社会调查等研究方法,对中西部地区城镇居民健身服务体系的现状进行调查。结果显示,围绕“三边工程”实施情况,有四成多居民居住地没有体育锻炼场所,约二分之一居住地没有群众性健身组织,居住地没有组织过体育活动的比例超高六成,近四成居民不知道《全民健身计划纲要》、《中华人民共和国体育法》等内容;不同文化程度、收入水平、单位、主观认知的居民,对健身服务体系建设的满意状况评价存在显著性差异;城镇居民在服务体系、保障体系这两个因素的需求上有密切联系。建议西部大开发和中部崛起的进程中,必须把健身服务体系建设纳人社会经济发展的总体规划,真正实现全民健身服务体系的快速发展。

| Abstract: | Literature and social investigation were conducted to urban residents in the middle and west regions of China to investigate the status of nationwide fitness service system.The results showed that 40% urban residence did not have physical training arena,50% urban residence did not have mass fitness organize,more than 60% urban residence did not have sports activities,nearly 40% urban residents didi not know all people exercise program and sports law of China.Distinct social position urban residents were provided with different satisfied situation for construction of nationwide fitness service system,and there were significant difference in distinct urban residents.Urban residents' requirement of service system and guarantee system were closely related.In course of the guarantee of west development and middle China's prosperity,must bring construction of nationwide fitness service systems into overall plan of social economy development,and to realize the rapid coordinate development of mass sports. |
