| 摘 要： | 董事会作为现代企业制度的核心,在家族企业的各个时期呈现出不同的形态。对不同阶段家族企业可能出现形态做出分析,并进行阶段划分,针对董事会的特点,指出经过初创与发展期的家族企业董事会可能出现的演变与突破形式,结合实际案例,分析了西部民营家族企业的发展路径,为城乡统筹试验区的西部家族企业现代企业制度建设提供了相应建议。

| Abstract: | As the core of the modern enterprise system,the director boards of the family firms show different patterns during different periods of times.This paper analyzes the different patterns and divides them into different stages.Then it points out the future patterns of director board.Ways of development of western family firms have been put forward and some suggestion have been made for western family firms. |
