| Abstract: | The present paper argues that in order to realize the rapid development of public libraries in the internet age in west China, We should take the present situation of Liupanshui city into consideration to achieve the purpose through changing conception,drawing reasonable planning,improving funding method, adjusting management system, service manner and personel arrangement. |
