| 摘 要： | 本研究以创业型体育人才培养模式为核心概念,阐述其特征、背景、意义等。采用文献资料法、调查法和访谈法对福建省高等体育院校创业教育现状进行分析,研究发现了创业型体育人才培养体系的缺失,并分析人才培养模式构建的制约因素,然后得出创业型体育人才培养模式的构建要素:社会需求、培养目标与培养规格、课程体系、人才培养方式、质量保障系统、评估与认证系统等,最后对构建要素进行系统串联,得出创业型体育人才培养模式的运行机制。

| Abstract: | The paper makes the entrepreneurship sports talent training mode as the core concept and explains the characteristics,background and significance,etc.By using the methods of documentary,investigation and interview,the author carries on a research on the status of the entrepreneurship education in Fujian sports academics,finds the lack of system,discusses its constraints of the creational patterns and draws a conclusion that six components of the construction of the entrepreneurship sports talents training mode: social demands;training objectives and requirements;curriculum system;personnel cultivation mode;quality assurance system;evaluation and authentication system,etc.All kinds of components come to an operational mechanism of entrepreneurship sports talents training mode. |
