| 摘 要： | 土地资源稀缺是土地产权制度产生的前提。土地产权制度的效率主要体现在对土地资源的配置效率上。我国现实的农村土地产权制度存在局限性。应当在坚持农地集体所有制前提下，明晰农地产权，构筑适应市场经济的农地产权框架，清楚界定各产权主体的责、权、利关系以实现制度变迁。

| Abstract: | The scarce land resource is a premise which the land property institution produces.The efficiency of the land property institution mainly manifests in to the disposition of the land resource. There are deficiencies exist in the rural land property institution of our country at present. In order to realize the transformation, we should define the rural land property, construct the frame of the rural land property institution to adapts the market economy and specify the responsibility, right and interest under the premise of collective ownership. |
