| 摘 要： | 竞技伦理是当今以奥林匹克运动会为代表的一系列大型运动会比赛中最为突出的问题之一，其中使用违禁药物是典型问题。服用兴奋剂是为了获得好的运动成绩，以便摘取奖牌，从而得到物质和金钱的回报，前提是可以借助各种手段通过违禁药物的检查，这种欺骗就是竞技场上的道德风险。从制度经济学的角度来看，道德风险可以从“委托-代理”关系来认识。在当今市场经济的社会环境中，有效解决竞技伦理问题，需要建立道德风险机制。

The Moral Hazard in the Vicarial Relation Elicited from Sports Ethics |

| Abstract: | Sports ethics, typically concerning the use of prohibited drugs in competitions,is the most remarkable issue facing the large-scale athletic meetings such as the Olympic Games. In the interest of material and money,the drugs are frequently appealed to so that the better competition results can be achieved. The fraud is called a moral hazard in the sports field, which can be understood from the viewpoint of the vicarial relation. To effectively solve the problem caused by sports ethics, a sound mechanism for moral hazard should be set up. |
