| 摘 要： | 对供应商和零售商之间的委托代理关系进行了研究,分析了委托人和代理人对自然状态存在不同的认识时,对最优契约的影响情况;同时给出了考虑自然状态对代理人努力负效用的影响时的最优激励合同。通过激励补偿系数和委托人及代理人对自然状态估计的相关性分析,得到了有意义的经济学结论。

| Abstract: | The principal-agent problem between the supplier and the retailer is studied in this paper. It analyzes the impact of the optimal contract when the different cognition exists in natural state,and gives a optimal contract model that consider the negative utility of the agent . Through analysis the relationships between an incentive compensation coefficient and consequence which are estimated of the natural state by the principal and the agent , the meaningful economics conclusions are gained. |
