| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]全面调研和分析137所“双一流”建设高校图书馆自建特色数据库建设现状,为后续发展提供建议。方法/过程]综合运用问卷调查、图书馆官网浏览、文献调研和国内外比较分析方法,系统把握“双一流”建设高校图书馆自建特色库的总体分布、区域分布、主题类型分布及其主要特点,剖析建设中存在的问题和不足。结果/结论]“双一流”建设高校的自建特色库建设,存在对外开放程度和检索利用效率较低、资源揭示和更新维护力度不够、一流学科特色库覆盖面有限等问题。图书馆应坚持用户需求驱动和协作共建原则,提升自建库的整合揭示和开放访问程度,加快资源统一检索系统和移动服务平台开发,建立稳定的项目化更新维护团队并辅以系统自动更新等技术手段,方能有效提升自建特色库的使用效益和可持续发展能力。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper comprehensively investigates and analyzes the current situation of the self-building characteristic databases constructed by 137“Double First-Class”University libraries and provides suggestions for the follow-up development.Method/process]By using the methods of questionnaire survey library official website visit literature survey and comparative analysis at home and abroad the paper systematically grasps the overall distribution regional distribution theme type distribution and its main characteristics of the self-building characteristic databases and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the construction.Result/conclusion]There are some problems in the construction of self-building characteristic databases such as the low degree of opening to the outside world the low efficiency of retrieval and utilization the insufficient strength of resource disclosure and maintenance and the limited coverage of the first-class subject characteristic database.In order to promote the utilization benefit and sustainable development of the self-building characteristic databases the libraries should adhere to the principle of demand-driven construction and collaborative construction improve the level of integrated disclosure and open access speed up the development of unified resource retrieval system and mobile service platform establish a stable project-based maintenance team,and adopt technical means such as automatic update of system data. |
