| 摘 要： | 青霉素是临床常用的抗生素,但有一定的不良作用,最主要的是过敏反应,尤其发生过敏性休克。临床常见少数人在肌注青霉素时,出现眩晕、出汗、甚至有血压下降,突然昏倒等晕厥反应。本文通过对27例患者反应的观察及护理,经统计学处理,P<0.05,说明休克与晕厥差异显著。

| Abstract: | Penicillin is and antibiotic in clinical practice.But it has some side effects.Of these, the most sommon is allergic reac-tion,especically allergic shock.Few people become dizzineas,sweat,even the blood presure goes down,and they suddenly fall unconscious, etc. By means of observing and nursing twenty - seven patients, dealing with statistic, P < 0.5, this article explains the difference between shock and faint away. |
