| 摘 要： | 我国的城镇化进程正在逐步加快,小城镇蓬勃兴起,城镇化已成为一个必然的发展趋势。在推进小城镇发展的进程中,要突出特色，抓好小城镇规划和设计；要保护生态环境．提高小城镇建设的质量和水平；要发展特色经济,积极培育小城镇的经济基础；要集约用地,树立土地经营的观念；要放宽户籍政策,提高小城镇人口集聚度；要加强宣传教育,全面提高农民的素质。

| Abstract: | The development of our town is becoming rapid, and the urbanization of town has become an inevitable trend. In promoting the urbanization of town, we should pay attention to the followings: find out and grasp the special feature of town; protect the ecological environment; develop economy with local characteristics; use ground limitedly and set up the idea of ground management; loosen the policy of household register and increase the congregation proportion of population in town; strengthen the propaganda of education and raise the quality of peasants wholly. |
