| 摘 要： | 与唐宋相比,由于饮茶方式的改变,明代人对饮茶环境的追求,更为精益求精。除了一如既往的追求山林之乐外,还主要表现在对饮茶场所的营造、茶寮的构建、茶侣的选择、侍茶童子的要求、饮茶宜忌等方面,这些对饮茶艺术和整个中华茶文化发展都有较大的贡献。
