| 摘 要： | 随着国内国际形势的深刻变化和高等教育改革的不断深入,高校辅导员得到了学界和院校的不断关注,也得到了党中央和国务院的高度重视。提升辅导员专业化水平,推进辅导员职业化发展,应着力抓好队伍建设、学科建设、职业道德建设以及职能规划、考核激励等工作。
