| 摘 要： | 老字号企业悠久的历史、良好的声誉,是现实生活中老字号企业合法权益屡屡遭受侵犯的原因。我国现行法律在保护老字号知识产权方面存在诸多缺陷,可以将字号权作为一项独立的知识产权予以确认和保护;降低驰名商标认定标准,将老字号纳入驰名商标保护;调整行政机关对老字号企业的管理方式;申报非物质文化遗产保护和地理标志保护等措施对老字号企业的知识产权保护体系进行完善。
