| 摘 要： | 成就动机是决定个体能否成功的重要因素。文章采用《成就动机量表》对275名高职学生进行测试,结果发现：高职高专学生在MS、MF上的得分存在极其显著的差异,275名学生追求成功的倾向高于避免失败的倾向;国际交流学院学生与其他学院学生在MS上得分存在显著性差异,说明与其他学院的学生相比,国际交流学院的学生更加渴望成功。

| Abstract: | The achievement motivation is the critical factor to determine individual success.It made a test on 275 higher vocational college students with Achievement Motivation Measurement Chart.The results showed as follows: there was obvious difference in the MS,MF scores obtained,i.e.the tendency to succeed was higher than tendency to avoid failure;there was significant difference in the MS scores between international exchange college students and those from other colleges,indicating that the former is more eager... |
