| 摘 要： | 模糊层次分析法在科学地分析比较服务质量一系列评价指标重要程度基础上,从高层到低层依次构造判断矩阵,利用数学方法进行指标权重计算,进一步利用指标权重进行服务质量综合评价;综合评价是从低层到高层依次构造评价矩阵,利用数学模型M(.,+)计算出综合评价结果。

| Abstract: | Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in scientific analysis and comparison of quality of service indicators for a series of evaluations on the basis of importance, from the top to the lower structure to detemaine the order matrix, the use of mathemati- cal methods to calculate the target weights, and further the use of index weight for a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of ser- vices; comprehensive evaluation is followed by low- and high- level strueture from the matrix, using a mathematical model M （＊, ＋ ） to calculate a comprehensive evaluation results. |
