| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法等，以2006年7月参加第四届全国师范院校大学生田径运动会（乙组）的教练员和运动员为研究对象，分析了现阶段我国高师类院校培养高水平运动队的现状和存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了师范类院校培养田径高水平运动员的发展对策。

| Abstract: | With the questionnaire survey and interview methods,coaches and athletes who took part in the fourth session of national track and field meet for Chinese Normal Institutions in July 2006 taken as samples,this paper analyzed present state and existing problems in raising top level teams in normal institutions and proposed countermeasures. |
