| 摘 要： | 高校开展创业教育是当前我国推进高等教育大众化进程,提高人才培养质量和就业竞争力的必由之路。创业教育是旨在培养和提高人的生存和发展能力的教育,是在失业问题日益严峻的社会经济背景下对传统"就业教育"的进一步发展。高职院校应注重结合自身办学特色和专业特点,整合各类优势资源,将职业生涯规划理念融入创业教育,结合高职教育不同阶段,推进创业教育有效开展。
