| 摘 要： | 目前,高职毕业生的就业状况存在着就业岗位竞争激烈,或就业岗位不对口,频繁跳槽等现象,究其原因是学生对企业的了解甚少、缺乏感性认识,缺乏企业适应性。对高职学校职业指导工作进行有效性研究,对校企文化互融在高职职业指导中的作用分析,认为教育理念、教师素质、教育环境对高职职业指导工作的有效开展尤为重要。高职学校应将企业文化引进校园,搭建校企文化互融的多种教育教学平台,使校企深度融合的文化氛围感染学生,内化学生对未来职业的感知和适应。将职业指导贯穿于校企文化互融环境下的学生整个的学习过程,提升毕业生的从业竞争力,从而提高毕业生的就业率和就业稳定率。
