| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中外合作办学取得的成就主要有规模的扩大、智力的引入、法制的建设。今后,中外合作办学的主要任务是引进优质资源,创办精品项目;引进特色资源,避免重复办学;注重内部消化,力争由弱变强。其应对策略是政府引导,强强联合;院校探索,志同道合;为我所用,理性融合。
