| 摘 要： | 财务危机预警体系在经济全球化背景下,己被众多企业广泛应用。文章阐述了财务危机形成的基本原因,对财务危机预警体系进行了进一步的分析和解释。市场快速变化,使得风险无处不在,然而,在企业遭遇风险之前,财务状况会逐渐恶化,为此建立企业财务危机预警体系,及早诊断出危机信号,有效地防范和化解危机对于企业发展来说有着重大意义。

| Abstract: | The early warning system for financial crisis is being widely adopted in the wake of economy globalization.The article elaborates the basic reasons of financial crisis,explains the principles of the system and alerts enterprises to the importance of establishing the warning system so as to guard against and defuse financial risks effectively. |
