| 摘 要： | 单元教学的改革可以说是体育教学一种中间环节的改革，它上会牵动教学目的、教学内容的改革，下会影响体育教学过程、教学方法的改革。而单元的规模和设计的问题更是影响体育教育改革和发展的重要问题。本文就我国体育教学中普遍实施的小单元教学的弊病和实施大单元的问题进行了探讨，提出了初步的设想。
