| 摘 要： | 本文对我国现代远程教育发展的动力问题进行了系统探讨。作者认为,知识经济、信息社会对知识和人才的需求是现代远程教育发展的原动力;信息通讯技术的发展及其在教育中的应用是其技术动力;党和国家的重视、社会各界的支持和参与是其政治动力;终身教育、全民教育、高等教育大众化等思潮是其思想动力;世界远程教育改革和发展的成功实践及其趋势是其外来动力。

It holds that the requirement ofknowledge and talent by economy knowledge and information is the original motive force; the application of informationaltelecommunication is the technological motive force; the support from government and society is political motive force; life--long study, civil education, and popularity of higher education are ideological motive force; international distance edu-cation is external motive force. |
