| 摘 要： | 体育产业这个新兴的产业门类正在我国第3产业中悄然崛起，并孕育着巨大的市场发展潜力，本文在对我国体育产业化形成及发展的必然性进行阐述的基础上，分析了我国体育市场化发展过程中存在的问题及其现状，展望了我国未来体育产业市场的发展前景以及我们所面临的挑战。

| Abstract: | The physical training industry, as a newly emerged one, is rising quietly among the third industries, which is endowed with great potential in our domestic market. This paper, based on the exposition of the necessity of the formation and development of the industrialization of physical training in our country, analyzes the problems in the process of developing its marked and its present situation. And it also looks ahead at the prospect of its domestic market and the challenges awaiting us. |
