| 摘 要： | 我国《仲裁法》在对本国仲裁裁决的承认和执行制度方面，与世界法制较健全的国家的仲裁法律制度相比，存在一定差距，为了更好地与国际接轨，必须在立法和司法制度建设方面作必要的改革。
