| 摘 要： | 美国哲学家格赖新提出合作原则并发展了会话隐含的理论，会话隐含从量的准则、质的准则、相关准则和方式准则四个方面体现了言语交际的原则以及违反这些准则时所达到的不同效果。这一原则运用到外语教学中对提高学生的交际能力也有很大的帮助。

| Abstract: | The American philosopher Grice advanced the Cooperative principle(CP) and the theory of creating the conversational implicature for the violation of the principle.This paper briefly deals with the function of the CP in linguistic communication,mainly analyzes different results of conversation in quantity,quality,relation and manner,and illustrates the different effects resulting from people violating its maxims.This principle can be applied to foreign language teaching and student's conversational communication. |
