| Abstract: | In this treatis the characteristics of the modern consultation industry, the types of consulting organization and the characteristics of the composition of its membership are summarized. The development trends of the modern consultation industry are considered: to devote major efforts to develop the overseas consultative services; to strengthen the consultative services for high technology. |
