| 摘 要： | 分析图书馆资源共享中诸多不理想现状，说明利益平衡是资源共享障碍的根本原因。对图书馆与信息供应商之间、图书馆之间、用户之间的利益平衡问题进行论述，并对表现在图书馆的三大资源占有与使用上的图书馆用户之间的利益冲突问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the unideal realities in library resource sharing and shows that interest balancing makes an obstacle to the major factors. It demonstrates that the interest balancing between libraries and information suppliers, between libraries, and between users. On such basis, the author further discusses the conflict of interest between library users in occupying and employing the three main kinds of library resources. |
