水泵性能综合实验技术及其应用

摘    要:为促进水泵市场准营制度的实施,研制建造了水泵性能综合实验台,实验技术先进,方法规范,采用的仪表检验合格。分析推导了水泵扬程、轴功率、输出功率、泵的效率、实际汽蚀余量、安装高度和最大安装高度的计算公式,选用实验水泵检测其性能参数,绘制了水泵的实际性能曲线。为用户选择水泵型号提供科学依据,从而达到合理选择水泵型号,节约能源的目的。

Abstract:A comprehensive platform of pump with advanced experimental techniques, standard method and qualified apparatus was established. The arithmetic formulae were analyzed and deduced, including lift of pump, shaft power, output power, efficient of pump, NPSH, installing height and the max installing height. Based on the characteristic parameters from the pump examination a pump characteristic curve was processed. In this way, the paper provides the scientific basis for the consumers to choose a pump rationally and economically.
