| 摘 要： | 心理辅导分为个别心理辅导和团体心理辅导两种形式。个别心理辅导是在来访者单独的情境下，由咨询师提供心理辅导与帮助。个别心理辅导有价值中立性、亲密性、安全性、经济性、专业性等优点，有预防作用、发展作用和治疗作用。
