| 摘 要： | 陕西省分布着国家保护的珍稀濒危植物44种，其中属国家一级保护1种，二级保护15种，三级保护28种。这些珍稀濒危植物在医药、花卉、化工、木材等方面具有较高的开发利用价值。由于近年来自然和人为等因素的影响，使生态环境遭到严重破坏，许多珍贵稀有植物濒临灭绝。因此，积极保护与合理利用这些资源迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | ourly-four species (including subspecies and varieties) of rare and endangered plants on the list of State protecting are distributed in Shaanxi Province. ofwhich one species belongs to first class of protection plants, 15 species to secondclass of protecting plants, and 28 species to third class of protecting plants. Theseplants are of high value to the exploitation and utilization in aspects of medicine, flowers, chemical industry, timber, etc. However, many rare and endangered plants are on the verge of extinction due to serious eec-environmental damage caused by impact of nature and human factors in recent years.
