| 摘 要： | 法学教育具有职业培训性和学术研究性的双重特点，因此法学教学必须兼顾这两个特点，既要注意对学生法学理论素养的培养，又要注意对学生实践能力的培养。同时，随着法学教学方式的改进，通行的考试方式也应随之改革。
