摘 要: | 图书馆职业是以满足人的知识需求为使命的职业。当图书馆的服务方式和服务内涵发生了质的变化时,馆员们应与时俱进,重构核心能力,为读者提供多重服务。只有健全内部管理制度,构建学习型图书馆,开展经常性的服务效果自我评定和读者评定,创新服务内容,馆员才能担当起文献信息提供者和知识导航员的职责。

Abstract: | Library profession is to meet the knowledge needs of people.When the mode and content of library service has undergone a qualitative change,librarians should advance with the times and reconstruct core competencies to provide multiple services for readers.Library must perfect internal management system,construct the learning library,carry out regularly self-assessment of service effect and evaluation of readers,innovate service content to play a role of the provider of document information and the navigator of knowledge. |
