| 摘 要： | 以商丘师院896名学生为调查对象，对公体部建立课内外体育俱乐部进行调查研究．结果表明，绝大多数学生是以兴趣爱好选择俱乐部，对建立课内外体育俱乐部和教师的责任心与业务水平，以及掌握健身方法和教学目标的实现等持肯定态度．改革取得了初步成效，但课外体育活动的开展尚显不足．今后亟待需提高场地器材建设速度，调整师资结构，补充师资力量，缩小师生比，建立更多的体育俱乐部，并适当调整上课时间，为学生终身体育意识的形成创造条件．

| Abstract: | Studied on 896 students in Shangqiu Normal College, this article did the research on public PE department establishing inside and outside PE Club. The results show that most of students choose clubs based on their hobbies, and they have positive attitude on establishing inside and outside PE Club, teachers＇dedication and professionalism, achievements on fitness methods and teaching goals, There are preliminary effects on the reforms. In the future, field equipment setup needs speedily improve, teachers structure needs to be adjusted, more teaching staffs should be supplied to reduce ratio of teachers and students, more PE clubs are to be opened and class time needs to be adjusted properly so as to create conditions for students forming lifelong sports consciousness. |
