| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法对三所省属高校在校大学生就课外体育活动的现状进行了调查和研究。并对目前普通高校中课外体育锻炼的现状进行了理性的分析。为今后高校体育教学改革提供了经验借鉴和理论依据。
