| 摘 要： | 中国古代救荒书的内容涉及历史时期救荒制度建设、农业减灾技术措施、工程减灾技术措施、生物减灾技术措施、灾害预防、灾民生活等各个方面,其中所蕴涵的减灾技术资料比较全面,是我们研究古代减灾科学技术和中国社会经济史的重要资料,对今天的防灾救灾工作也有借鉴指导意义。文章通过对中国古代救荒书中减灾科学技术资料的分析整理,将其系统划分为救荒减灾制度建设资料、农业减灾技术资料、水利工程减灾技术资料、生物减灾技术资料、灾害预防技术资料、野菜谱录资料六大方面,并对其分布情况及其利用价值简要分析。

| Abstract: | There are several aspects of Chinese historical texts for famine relief,for instance,agricultural technologies,soil and water maintenance technologies,locust control technologies,preventive technologies of meteorological disaster,edible wild herbs,and storage system,in which,documents of technologies for natural disaster alleviation are abundant.These materials are not only quite important for the studies of science and technology for natural disaster alleviation in historical period and the Chinese social and economic history,but also helpful to the mitigation of natural hazards nowadays.Based on the collection and analysis of documents,the materials about technologies for natural disaster alleviation in Chinese historical texts for famine relief can be divided into six parts,including the establishment of the system of famine relief,disaster preparedness,agricultural technologies,engineering technologies,and biotechnologies for natural disaster alleviation,and edible wild herbs. |
