摘    要:网络化时代的到来、全球经济的发展、知识经济的出现呼唤国际性和创新型人才。中国“普九”任务基本完成。基础教育课程改革深入开展,使以提高教师实施素质教育的能力和水平为重点的教师专业化走向新历程。这是中国教师教育新体系构建的时代背景。国际教师教育经验为建构中国教师教育新体系提供了启示。

Abstract:With the coming of networking era,the development of global economy,and the arising of knowledge-based economy,the talents who have the ability to deal with international affairs and to create are greatly demanded. In China,the task of making nine-year compulsory education universal has nearly accomplished,and the curriculum reform of basic education has been deeply implemented, which have brought the new development of teacher professionalization centered of improving teachers' ability and level of implementing quality-oriented education. All these above show the background of constructing the new system of teacher education in China. The international experience can provide some reference for constructing the new system of teacher education in China.
