| 摘 要： | 推动国民经济和社会信息化，是我国加快经济结构调整和经济增长方式转变的必由之路，顺利完成未来社会经济发展目标的必然选择。因此，深入考察信息化的推进机制，具有重要的现实意义。本文结合笔者所承担的信息化推进机制研究课题的成果，探索性地提出了信息化推进机制的一般分析框架，探讨了信息化推进过程中的动力机制、关键领域、制度创新等一般规律性问题。

| Abstract: | To promote infonnatization in our national economy and society is the only path of adjusting economic structure and changing its growth mode. It is very important in practice to research the advance mechanism of informatization. An analysis frame of advance mechanism of informatization is pointed exploringly out in this paper. A detailed analysis is also made concerning the commonly issue of motivity mechanism, key scopes and institutional innovation. |
