| Abstract: | The Thesis aims to Strengthen and improve the party leader ship,enhance the party the ruling ability and the level,all has the necessity to strengthen to the authority restriction and the surveillance.We must effectively the restrict and the surveillance politics authority,the key perfectly lies in the establishment to divide power keeps in balance theconformity mechanism.Party's leadership is one formidable political authority,already plays the restriction role in this mechanism,is undertaking the conformity function. |
